How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your country. For Montenegro, Solid is €5.99/month, Graphite €12.99/month and Gold €29.99/month. Pay yearly and get two months free. You will always see your country’s price before signup.
Can I pay with crypto in any shop?
You can pay wherever your NVXO Pay card is accepted. Supported crypto is converted at checkout and the shop receives local currency.
How does borrowing against crypto work?
Coming soon for Graphite and Gold. The planned service will let eligible customers use supported crypto as collateral without selling it. Rates and limits will be shown before launch.
What is the NVXO Score?
A credit score informed by your on-chain activity and repayment history, designed for people traditional banks may not see clearly.
What happens if I lose my card?
Freeze it immediately in the app under Card → Freeze, then contact support. Solid replacements cost €19, Graphite includes one replacement per year, and Gold replacements are included.
Which account details will I receive?
Available account details depend on the account, currency and country. NVXO Pay will show the relevant provider, details and terms clearly before launch and during onboarding.
